If Your Goods Are Faulty or you have an incorrect order
We ask that you inspect your delivery immediately and notify us in writing by email or post as soon as possible if any of your goods are damaged or do not comply with your original order.

If you are making a claim for damaged or defective goods, then please return the goods in their original packaging to the above address.
You are entitled to a refund in full, including any delivery costs, plus any return postal charges if the items you ordered are defective.
All we ask is that you re pack your items securely in their original packaging and return it to us with your original delivery note, along with your full name, address and date of order.
We would kindly ask you email us at the email address above when you have posted the items back to us.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return any goods to us.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the current UK's Distant Selling Rules, you have the right to cancel the order for your purchase within 14 days, which begins the day after you have placed your order. You must send the goods back in the original packaging and the items must be unused and 'as new'. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service. We will refund your money within 30 days.
